Cambridge-based March Foods is reported to have seen an increase in lighting quality from 110 to 221 lux at floor level after replacing 450W HPS unit-for-unit with 150W LED High Bays in its warehouses. The company is also enjoying savings on energy and maintenance costs, as well as a reduction in its carbon emissions.

Dialight's 150W DuroSite High Bay LED luminaire is designed to directly replace a 450W high pressure sodium lamp to deliver energy savings of 65%, Savings can be substantially more if not in use 24/7 or if combined with occupancy sensors to take advantage of instanton ability, says the company.
