For the last five years, Pascale was in charge of the development of the RPC (Reusable Plastic Container) and Chep pallet activity for the French fresh produce sector. During this period she has become au fait with the demanding requirements of the FMCG, fruit and vegetable markets.
At IPP Logipal, she will be responsible for developing the company's partnerships in Europe within the supply chain at logistics operations and across the entire network. This is to develop synergies aimed at cost efficiency, optimising operational coverage and guaranteeing the service quality standard.
Commenting on her new position, Pascale said: "IPP Logipal is continuing to expand across Europe by providing integrated pallet supply chain solutions that are recognised as cost effective, reliable and easy to administer.
"The challenge is to build on this reputation and ensure we remain a key partner in our customers' logistics operations by evolving the service we provide in line with their needs."
