Cracking solution

Transdek has designed, engineered and installed a loading solution for one of the UK's largest egg processing companies, Manton Eggs.

The entire project was managed by Transdek, from the initial consultation through to completion, and incorporated a V2G (vehicle to ground) lift and a bespoke warehouse extension to facilitate Manton's on-going expansion.

Transdek installed its V2G lift to enable the company to more effectively unload products from vehicles to ground level at its flat floor site.

The company tailored the lift to meet Manton's requirements and incorporated an inspection area, allowing eggs to be examined for quality purposes prior to entering the processing plant.
