Lighting up the aisles

Total aftermarket logistics and product support services provider, Multipart Logistics operates a warehouse with 400,000ft2 of VNA and racking aisles that were lit with 400W HiBAY lighting.

Multipart wanted to reduce energy, but had to work with busy forklift truck areas that needed to be well lit. Ecotronic provided a solution in the form of the new HiBAY sensor that offers a large lighting footprint as well as giving the reaction time that the client wanted.

In total 600 luminaires were changed, with EcoBAY 4 x 54W High Rack units fitted in racking aisles to replace the inefficient 400W HiBAY lights. Due to the improved performance, the overall number of luminaries required was reduced
