Service manager appointed

Renovotec has appointed a new manager to accelerate the growth of its IT services offering, contributing to Renovotec’s further expansion and diversification.

The company has achieved annual growth of some 40% and recently opened a US operation.
Neil Phillips joins Renovotec as service manager with a wealth of industry experience. He will strengthen Renovotec’s service resources through the recruitment of additional skilled staff as well as continuous repair, maintenance and installation process improvement.
Renovotec services encompass rugged hardware repairs and maintenance for both purchase and rental customers, plus system design and installation, wireless networking and independent technology advice, drawing on the skills of the company’s qualified services team and their technical and operations knowledge.
Commenting on Renovotec’s services offering operations director Lance Bennett says: “This is a sophisticated and time-sensitive market in which users demand swift, well-informed services and support, providing an excellent opportunity for Renovotec’s rugged-specialist offering.”
