Dedicated service for 3PLs

Renovotec has launched a dedicated service for third party logistics companies (3PLs). ‘Renovotec 3PL’ has been developed to meet the sector’s specialist needs and is the first of its kind, according to Renovotec.

Services offered under the new 3PL scheme include flexible, pay-as-you-go hardware rental, doing away with the need for capital investment to support typically shorter, finite 3PL contracts; a guaranteed 48 hour Renovotec response to any technology tender request, in support of the 3PL; network site survey completion within 72 hours; a one-stop return materials authorisation (RMA) process; and next-day product delivery. This last benefit is made possible because Renovotec always holds stock.

“Our service has been developed to help third party logistics companies offer the speed and flexibility that their customers demand,” Renovotec MD Richard Gilliard, says. “Renovotec 3PL will give companies an advantage in this highly competitive and cost-conscious sector.”
